RETURN POLICY
Before returning or exchanging goods, please let us know in advance service@rooau.com
Get in touch, reasons for return and exchange, contact information, etc., and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Return and exchange commitment:
The goods received after signing are considered to have no quality issues, and under no circumstances can any returns or disputes be raised with our store due to quality issues. If quality issues (such as clothing damage, large amounts of dirt, loose decorations, and other serious quality issues that are clearly undisputed) are found during the acceptance inspection of the goods, as well as incorrect or missing items, the buyer may refuse to sign for the goods and return them directly to the carrier, who will then return them to our store. For products with quality issues or out of stock that are directly returned, our store will unconditionally replace or exchange the missing products after receiving them.
Exchange instructions:
a. If you require a replacement, please submit a request for a return to our store within 1-4 days. The return will not be accepted. However, the original product must have a complete hanging label packaging, no damage or stains, no wearing or washing, otherwise the replacement will not be accepted. b. If the clothes are not satisfactory: if the size and color are not suitable for wearing, and if a replacement is requested, the customer must apply to the store if there is sufficient inventory in our store. After obtaining consent, the customer will bear the shipping cost. The replacement can only be made for the same style. But the original product must have complete hang tag packaging, be free from any damage or stains, have not been worn or washed, otherwise it will not be exchanged. c. Special or discounted products, items worn or washed, are non refundable or exchangeable regardless of any issues.
Damaged goods
If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation, we will process a refund for you. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos and detailed description. We will negotiate with the logistics company as soon as possible and process the refund procedure for you.
Refund processing time
Once your refund request is approved, we will complete the refund process within 7 working days. Please be patient and wait for the refund amount to be returned to your original payment method.
