Shipping time

Orders using standard shipping typically take 2-3 business days to process. We will prioritize orders placed before 18:00 on the same day. Weekends and holidays are not working days, so they are not included in processing and transportation time. Therefore, when choosing transportation methods, please consider non working days. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. After the order is issued, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Without prior notice. We offer expedited shipping. If you need it, please contact our customer service team service@rooau.com For urgent orders, we do not offer weekend delivery. Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Standard International

Standard international orders are usually delivered within 6-15 working days. We currently do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.

Lost package

For lost packages, please contact our customer service in a timely manner service@rooau.com After our investigation, we found that your order was lost or delivered to the wrong address during transportation. We will replace the item with one that is still in stock for you. If we cannot replace them, we will refund your order and any shipping costs.
